Any discrepancy with your order must be reported to Customer Service within 48 hours of receipt. All damages caused during shipping must be reported to Customer Service immediately. Please keep the original box and all packing material for inspection by the shipping carrier.

Returns Policy

Bikeparts.NET accepts the return of all unused merchandise in it's original manufacturers packaging for up to 30 days from the date of purchase.  Your credit card will be credited for the purchase amount, minus shipping charges and minus a 10% restocking fee.  If your return is due to an error on our end (wrong size, color, etc...), no restocking fee will be charged. 

The original invoice must accompany your return. All merchandise must be in new and unused condition. Items that have been installed, removed, and cleaned are not considered new and unused.

Shipping Reimbursement

The Bikeparts.NET will only reimburse return shipping on defective or damaged items. You will be reimbursed for postal priority insured or FedEx ground service only. Any packing fees charged by mailing service will not be refunded.

Warranty Policy

Bikeparts.NET will assist customers with warranty claims.  Some manufacturers will prefer the customer to return defective product directly to them while others will prefer to have Bikeparts.NET inspect the product prior to returning to manufacturer for claim. In this case the item must be warranty inspected by Bikeparts.NET.  In either case the manufacturer will need to inspect the merchandise before an item is deemed a warranty claim.

If covered under warranty the product may be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer's discretion. The original receipt must accompany the warranty request.

Return Instructions

1. All items must be in the original manufacturer's packaging and tags still attached.

2. Request a Returns Form and return it with the merchandise.  All additional information will be included on "Returns Form"
