The PHX2 Black Pearl is Valdora's latest and greatest addition for 2011!

An adjustable effective seat tube angle, from 72 to 80 degrees, is the definition of versatility.  As with all three of Valdora's PHX series carbon aero frames, the geometry is intended specifically for triathlon. The superior climbing and descending ability deems it a weapon that your arsenal can not do without.  The semi compact tri specific geometry, developed by the company in 2001, was far ahead of it's time. Excellent power transfer, light weight, responsive and aerodynamic.  

The PHX2 frame set is sold as frame, fork, headset, and seat post.  The flat black, red and nude 3k twill carbon finish clearly indicates that this bike means business.  It doesn't scream "Look at ME!"  It will elicit a response though....more along the lines of "what the hell just passed me"

Frame Material:  High / Ultra High Modulus Carbon.  Braze-on front derailleur required.  68 mm English threaded bb  shell.  700c wheels - all sizes.  

Both front and rear derailleur hangers are replaceable if damaged.  The top tube slopes so that stand over is not an issue when sizing.  Tube shapes are deep and aero, including the top tube which, unlike most, is vertically thin helping pronators avoid hitting their knees on the top tube on the upstroke.   Standard front and rear brake calipers.
